![]() National Liberation Front (NLF) Surcharges Bogus National Liberation Front (so called "Viet Cong") surcharges abound. This site depicts genuine and bogus surcharges on NLF stamps in an attempt to educate collectors and dealers. This information is preliminary and will change.
