You are cordially invited to become a member of the Society of Indo-China
Philatelists, founded in 1970. The SICP is an organization comprised of
collectors interested in the postal aspects of French Indo-China, Vietnam,
Cambodia, and Laos. This is a most colorful area of the world and its history
and culture are vividly portrayed on its stamps and covers.
The Society issues a bi-monthly publication, the Indo-China Philatelist (ICP),
which is distributed to each member as a benefit of membership. The ICP
contains articles, auctions, research projects, reports, and advertisements by
members.
Sample copies of the Indo-China Philatelist may be obtained by remitting $3.00
to the Executive Secretary at the above address. A limited number of back
issues are also available to members at the same price from the Executive
Secretary. Due to the high costs of printing and postage, we regret that we are
unable to supply free sample copies.
The Society offers many benefits and services to the membership. In addition to
the Indo-China Philatelist some of the other benefits include:
Auction Department
Translation Department
Awards Department
APRL Services
Two Free Classified Ads Annually
Regional Meetings, Conventions & Exhibitions
Membership Directory
We invite you to complete the membership application on the reverse and mail to
the address above. Your membership will be accepted immediately and your
membership card and current ICP will be mailed to you as soon as possible.
